Plans for the conference were an nounced by the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. The leading speakers will be Sir Herbert Ames, former member of the, dominion par liament, and Miss Amy Hcmimvay Jones, division assistant of tin? di vision of Intercourse and education of the Carnegie Endowment for In ternational Peace.
