In the afternoon at 3 his subject will be "The Cause of the World s Unrest." The evening subject will be "Popular Amuse ments." He also will address the young people at 6:30. WEATHER TURNS COLDER HERE The- weather turned quite a bit chillier in La Grande last night, with the minimum 33 above, compared with 44 above the night before. To day's maximum was likely to be lower than Friday's, when the mercury moved up to 56 above, according to Indications this morning with the sky overcast. Unsettled weather was forecast for tonight and Sunday, and normal tem perature with some, rain next week.
