The Ford Motor company was not represented In the parade, for it has not yet accepted the automobile coce or given any Indication of Its atti tude. A short time before the parade started, however, that company anr nounced that between 3,000 and 4,000 men had been recalled to work on a.l 40-hour a week basis with pay of' 60 I cents an hour for an 8-hour- day.
