KIDNAP THREATS
ALBANY, N, Y Aug. 3 WV-Threats
to kidnap the wife of Edward J. O'
Coniiell, prominent Demooratlo lead
er, or one of the three Oconnell bro
thers, uncles to the ransomed John
J. O'Connell Jr., were reported today
to have been received by the family.
The threats were sold to have been
responsible for the heavy guard inaln
tnlned at the mountain camp of Dan
