(Special) The American Association of University Women met at the Ootter hotel at Enterprise last Saturday for a noon luncheon. A delightful musical treat was furnished by Miss Moore, Miss Warnock and Mrs. Clove. The pro gram of the International relations section was prepared by Mrs. Dorothy Roscwall. The topic for the coming series of meetings will be the Union of Socialistic Soviet Russia. This group will meet with Miss Beulah Smith Tuesday evening, Oct. 18. Of ficer: elected for the ensuing year are as follows: Mrs. Margaret Williams, president: Mrs. Evelyn Searcy, vice president; Miss Beulah Smith, secretary-treasurer. The next monthly meeting Is scheduled for the first Sat urday in November in Wallowa. All university women are cordially In vited to attend. Olen E. Odle has returned from the hospital to his home. Mr. Odle underwent an appendix operation two weeks ago and is recovering rapidly. or. K.
