VOTE FOR KITCHEN THE MAN WHO CAN WIN FACTS THE PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW The city of La Grande paid $1,321.50 for assistant counsel in Fowler case. There was assistant counsel in recent Owens' case and Sullivan case. Union county is now and has been paying $600.00 ier year since Jan. 1, 1926, to district attorney in addi tion to his regular salary. I agree to try all criminal cases without assistant counsel to be paid by the taxpayers. . I will not ask the additional $600.00 a year now re ceived by the district attorney. Taxpayers should not be required to pay this. A vote for Kitchen means Efficiency, Economy and Impartial Law Enforcement. ' RODNEY J. KITCHEN ' (Paid Adv.)
