Dur ing tho evening a rally, campfiro and court of honor will bo held, and awards will be made to scouts who pass tho board of reviews on May 24: Fridny evening, preceding the rally a patrol from each troop will set up a camp in Deals' canyon and spend the night. Gerald Tucker, dis trict forest ranger, will Judge the camps on the basis of nearness to water, nearness to wood, locality, convenience, cleanliness and other features, and tho winners will bo an nounced at the rally. 1 V Events of tho rally will include semaphore signalling, signalling the Morse code by flashlight, water boil ing, pack making, fire by friction, field problem in first aid, using only the materials available on a field trip; and games for tho scouts and , vlBitors. A cnmpflro will bo held In the evening, at which time n program of stunts will be furnished by each troop, and bodges will bo awarded. The plans for tho camp, which will be held on the Methodist camp grounds at Wallowa lnko the first two weeks in August, ore going for ward rapidly, Mr. Stevenson states. Several boys have signified their in tention of going, and many have paid tho registration fee. The camp personnel will bo selected at tho next meeting of the camp committee to be held in the near future.
