Tcrrull '"' (Observer Correspondent) UNION (Special) A story hour will be conducted for little folks at the library at 3:30 Saturday after noon. Mrs. Will Campbell will tell stories from "The Utte Indian Weav er" by Madeline Brandols. Parents can co-operate in this work by reminding their children when the hour comes. ; One of the Red Letter days of the L. D. S. church was the annual Ward reunion held at the church lost Fri day night. A sumptuous banquet was served at eight o'clock and covers were laid for 157 people. During the meal a number df talks wero given by visitors, Will Baxter acting as toostmaster for the occasion. Immed iately following the meal another pro gram consisting of the following num bers was given; Welcome address, Clephen Wilde. ; Selections by male quartet. Humorous reading In costume, Fawn Oecrtsen. Duet, Exma and Ilex Baxter, t Reading, Doris Or ton. Humorous newspapor on the doings of the Ward people, Mrs, Orval Jen sen. : Piano trio selection, Jean Baum, Mrs. Ell 1b Do Graw and Mrs. Arnold Kohler. , The remainder of the evening was spent dancing. .- Mrs. Ida Cllne entertained tho members of the J. J. club at her home an Wednesday afternoon. The guessing contest was won by Mrs. Fred Brown with second going to Mrs. Bill is Hess. The hostess sorved a lunch at the close of the meeting. i Rev. R. O. Lee occupied tho pulpit in the Mothodlst church at Cove Sun day evening. 'i Mr. and Mrs. C. P. Troyer, of San Francisco, were recent guests of Mr. and Mrs. Will Hutchinson. Miss Ermn Nlelson of Lime, visited over the weekend at her parental home.
