Lloyd Rlnchavt was in Elgin from his home In Wallowa. Mr. Rinehart and his brother-in-law, John Hill, are operating a large farm near Wal lowa and are planning on raising hogs for tho next year. Mr. and Mrs. Rinehart formerly lived south fo Elgin near tho Rinehart station and Mr. and Mrs. Hill made their home in Cricket Flat.
