Feb. 6 Oft With a deputy examiner in charge, the state superintendent of banks today was in control of the affairs of the Aurora State bank here, the result of a two -day run on the Institution. The board of directors late yesterday adopted a resolution asking1 the state bank examiner to take over the bank and liquidate its assets for the bene- nt ox depositors. A. A. Schramm, superintendent of banks said he was unable to make any statement regarding the situation other than to announce tne action Df the bank board. The last statement showed deposits of 352,570. Prices were steady with supply limited. Largs shipments were under way to out side markets. Egg market continued easy at un changed quotations. Receipts were liberal, demand fair and some sales were forced at price concessions. 1 Tillamook . County Creamery asso ciation quoted Tillamook cheese at a lc advance today "due to advance in butter markets and small - stocks." Quote: Tillamook triplets, 18c a lb.; loaf, 19c; f. o. b. Tillamook. In the fresh fruit and vegetable market California repacked tomatoes were priced 25 cents lower at $5.26 a lug for the best. Rhubarb was quoted from 76c to $1.26 a box, around 10c lower. . New shipment of California egg plant is due Saturday to offer at 22c a pound. . Country dressed meat and poultry prices were unchanged.
