In some suburban dis trict. This house, both in' plan and form, lends Itself well to a lot that Includes trees and shrubbery. The old logs are an excellent background for vines and evergreens. A lot of 75 by 100 feet would be large enough for this house, although a more desirable setting would result jon a lot 100 feet square. xnree Dearooms, a dining alcove, largo living room, kitchen and bath are Included In this plan. It has all the comfort of any mod ern house, but when a builder wishes to be individual he naturally wants something that has distinctive charm. The logs, If left with the bark on them and built on the style of old log houses at the, corner, are much warmer and more durable with ce ment placed between.
