returns plans and specifications to

7:30 p. m. Wednesday , August 20th,
1930. and must be accompanied by a
certified check, or bidders bond in the
sum of ton per cent of the amount
bid as a guarantee of the acceptance
and completion of contract If award
ed. Check will be returned to unsuc

work oro required to be secured
through resident agents and no bond
will be accepted unless written, by a
resident of tho City or La Grande.
