Dinner-Bridge At Sacajawea Friday A delightful dinner-bridge was enjoyed by the Voppy club last night at tho Sacajawea Inn when I lie members wero hostesses to their husbands. Decorations were in a color scheme of pink and green with a pretly centerpiece of pink and white flpwers. Covera were laid for sixteen at dinner. J lonors at cards were won by Mr. and Mrs. Harold Lyons. Mr. and Mrs. Otis Palmer received con solution award. The club will meet next Thursday afternoon with Mrs It. V. Cupsey. -; ' . ' ' . Meeting Tho Itiveria Parent-Teacher as sociation met last night at Lane chapel when election of officers was held with Mrs. Fred Gehring re-elected president by a ununU nious vote, following tho resigna tion of Mrs. Jesse Stiles and the selection of tho nominating com mittee. Mrs. Cell ring's nomination was made from the floor. Other officers for 1930-31 are Mrs. Jesse Silencer, vie president; Miss Flor ence Smith, secretary-treasurer. Members of the nominating com mittee are; Cllvo Moore, Mrs. R. E. McAnuliy and Mrs. Clyde Davis. Miss Catherine Scully played several violin numbers accompani ed by- Mrs. Herbert Kvans. A chorus from tho operetta to bo given by tho grade schools, May 1 and 2, was sung by tho upper grades of tho school accompanied by Mrs. Carolyn Carroll. Miss Mel- va Shepherd played two piano solos. At the art exhibit, May 9 the as sociation will hold a silver tea on i tho upper floor of the school from '2 to 5 o'clock. Mrs. W. P. Ilallard is chairman for this event. Tho rally at l'ondleton was dis cussed and plans made for those members who will attend. Bridge was a later diversion with Mrs. David Meldrum winning the award for high tally.
