Four Imbler High school stu
dents entered the JOuslern Oregon
typewriting contest held last Sat
urday at I'endleton. Although they
did not carry the first, second or
third place, they were by no means
tho lowest. They all did good work,
this being their first contest. The
four yore: .Madeline Oliver, Doshla
Grcybeal, Kverelte Holmes anil
Lyle lA'ilbelter. This Is Doshla and
Kyle's first fli-st year in typing and
.Madeline and Hverette's second
yoar. They were aceoinpuuied by
their Instructor, Miss Sargeant und
by Mrs. Stewart, who took them in
her car to l'endleton. .

was represented by five students

bler. Alan Astwood won first place
