Mrs. Nich ols has lived In this country for 2!t years but because she returned to this country illegally through Mex ico after having made a trip to Greece, she must leave again. Mrs. Nichols was born in Greece. Returning there eight years ago she married a Greek army officer. They came to America together by way of Mexico, shortly after the birth of a son, Teddy, who is ti years old. Mrs. Nichols recently obtained a divorce. She was arrested recently at Sa linas, Immigration authorities rul ed that Mrs. Nichols and her son Teddy were ineligible to remain but that her lit He daughter, having been born in America must remain hero.
