Cook 15 minutes In boiling water.
Drain and save stock. Butter a
baking dish and put in hulf the

side down. Melt butter, stir in
flour and slowly udd uspuragus
water, stirring constantly Cook
until thick and smooth und 'pour
over mixture in bilking dish. Cover
with crumbs und bake 15 minutes
in u hot oven.
