Licensing Plan
There has been considerable dim -cusslon
among automobile dealers
and owners In La Grande about
the proposed schedule of license
fees for motor vehicles. The bill
now pending In the state legisla
ture calls for a straight reduction
of 26 per cent In license cost tho
schedule being based on the 1937
registration, It la said.
L. C. Hmlth, local Dodge dealer,
says "It la my opinion that the
present fee should be left as It

to the method suggested In the bill.
