There was u largo group of very tired men and women, boys and girls at KumnicrvUlo , Wennesdayj night, after they had so success- ; fully served around a thousand people at their annual dinner, a benefit for the Summervllle ceme-i coming is wailed with as much expectancy as any community event in Union county, not entirely becauso of the dinner, but also for the opportunity for sociallbity af forded. Old timers come back, former residents return for the day in fact, there is a very general turnout and everyone is glud to see everyone else. The women of the community have been working on the project for some . time and at the last minute they drafted In the men, who were willing victims und lent very substantial aid from morning until night. Suyre, comes the names of those eighth grade pupils over th county who have recently completed thut work, have pussed the examina tions und ure consequently entitled to their dlplomus.
