A typical attack of appendicitis starts with an attack of pain in the; pit of the stomach, which in a few hours shifts to pain or soreness In tho lower right side with a hard ness or rigidity of the muscles. There is ivow slight fever and the pulse rate is increased in the num ber' of beats pef minutes.
