O. were cittcrtulncd at u delightful luncheon yesterday afternoon at I o'clock when Mrs. J. T. Klchurd son uad Mra. louIo Mc Ken nun were hostesses ut the home of Mrs. Uichurdson. A two-course luncheon was serv ed ut six small tables. Bouquets of pink and blue aaters were used tu decorate the rooms. After luncheon several addition ul members joined the party and un Interest ins program was pre sented by Mrs. (jcorge H, Hlrnle on "lleethoven Symphony." As apart of tho proffiam Airs. Hurley Rich a id won played "The .Moonlight So nata" and two other movements of licet ho ven. - Airs. John Adskuu and At rs. She was dresed In a Chinese wedding gown. During her talk she dressed little Dorothy Pierce In a Chinese child's school clothes. Christian Endeavor In Social Meeting About 30 young people of the Central Christian church gathered in the- annex of the church lust evening, when tho first social mee; Ing of the year was held there, members of the senior Christian Endeavor society entertaining. Games In keeping with the Hal lowe'en season were played and fortune telling, ghost stories and other Hallowe'en features were1 en joyed. Radio music was also u part of tho evening's entertainment. Order of the Kastern Star, and members of the advisory board of the Order of "Halnhow for Girls, which will bev instituted tonight, will be hos tesses at a bamiiiet to be held at i o'clock this evening in the Alasonlc temple here with about 35 Rainbow-girls from The Dalles, the Da Grande candidates and the grand deputy.
