A three-course luncheon was served, at I : :H o'clock, with the new officers, Mrs. J. 1. Wulkcr, presi dent'. Mrs. Leo Forsythe, vice presi dent; Mrs. Tom Kuteliff, secretary; Mrs. Astwood, corresponding sec retary, and Mrs. J. Hwnysco treasurer, in charge. Fifty members and visitors wore seuted at the long tables, which were decorated with the seasons flowers. Mrs. Walker presided over the luncheon. After an interesting business ses stion. when plans for the coming year were discussed, the following program was given: Airs. A. K. Break off the outside leaves of a head of cabbage taking care not to tear the leaves. Roll leaves for ten,' minutes and drain. Soften bread crumbs In hot water und wring dry.
