Almost any liver, from cod to cow. is good for the undeinotnished. The Tniveisity of Oregon medical school, in its research work, has found that salmon livers are excel lent substitutes for cud liver oil and have made some most palatable liver pastes which may well serve on carefully de signed menus as stylish appetizer's. The fish taste, which keeps cod liver oil liom becoming a popular beverage, has been practically removed by the medical school experts in (their salmon liver paste so theie seems to be a real chance for it. Old-fashioned folk will probably scorn these modern ad ditions lo a healthful diet but the rising generation has learn ed from actual experience of their value.
