Heat milk and add cornstarch moistened with a little cold wuter. Stir until mixture bolls and mid salt. Add eggs well beaten and cook, sllring constantly about three minutes. Remove from flro and stir In 1 cup maple sirup. Turn into freezer nnd freeze until mushy. Cook rulsinsln remaining sirup un til soft.
