of evory vehicle, on approaching

a'full stop before entering or cross
ing upon said street.

Tho chief of -police may desig
nate any street or part of a stroot,
where thoro is danger of traffic
congestion, to bo a one-way street,

The chief of police may establish
loading zones tor vehicles, and ut
the right hand curb, on the n-ar
side of street Intersections, and at
such other places as he may select,
to take on or discharge passengers.
Such loading zones shall bo not
lew than 2(i feet nor more than 6h
feet long, and shall lie designated
upon the surfaco of the street by
impropriate limit lines and tho
words "Loading Zone" and except
while actually loading or unload
ing, but lu no case lunger than five
minutes.
