Add celery cut In thin slices, leeks, and onions thinly slic ed and carrots cut in small dice, rook over a low fir for 20 mln utra Cover the pan and shake of ten to prevent burning. Add to matoes, pared and cut in slices. Bring to the boiling point and sim mer ten minutes. Hub through a fine colander or coarse sieves . The. chicken broth Is tho water. In which a fowl has been parboiled or Is made by dissolving 3 chicken bouillon rub. lu 1 quart boiling wafer. Combine broth nnd vege tables puree and mid Worcester shire suuee.
