It lee ami Nut lxaf One cup boiled rice, I cup brok en nut meats, i cup cracker crumbs, I enp milk. 2 eggs, 1 tea spoon pepper, t teaspoon inched butter, 1 teaspoon minced parsley, few drops onioti juice. Kngllsh walnuts, pecans or hick ory nuts make the best loaf. Combine rlee, nuis and cracker crumbs. Add one of two drops on ion juice, parsley, sail and pepper with miik and eggs slightly beaten. Mix well and turn inio a well but tered brick-shaped pan. Spread evenly and smooth over the top. Pour over the melted butter and bake one hour tn a moderate oven.
