waters and let stand in cold water
for one hour. Stew In this wnler
until tender. Rub through a co
lander. Add hot water, juice of
orunge and sugar. Rrlng to (ho
boiling point and stir in corn
starch stirred to a smooth thin
paste with coUL wuter. Cook, stir
ring lo prevent sticking and burn
ing until clear. Heat while or

to individual molds and let stand
until well chilled. Serve .wfih
