French toast, sirup, milk, coffee. Luncheon Tomato toast, shred ded lettuce and cottage, checs sal ad, whole wheat bread, plain cook-, les, milk. tea. Dinner Beef loaf with baked bananas, baked sweet potatoes, creamed cauliflower, apple-celery-nut saled, graham bread, floating bdand, milk, coffee. The sweet potatoes are baked In their "Jackets" and served Just like plain baked Irish potatoes. A rather highly flavored vegetable is planned with the dinner' as the. other dishes mentioned are itutto bland. Homemade pickles can be served to adults with good offect in this dinner. Iloef Loaf Willi linked llananas One pound round steak ground, 3 large bananas, 1 egg, teaspoon salt, 4 teaspoon pepper, 1 cup stale bread crumlbs, 4 tablespoons min ced, fat salt pork, 1 tablespoon minced parsley, Jujeo 1 lemon. Mix cround beef steak, pork and bread crumbn. Season with sail and pepp6r and add egg well beaten. Add a few tablespoons of milk if necessary to make moist enough to shape. Form Into a loaf and place In roaster. Iiake in a hot oven for 4G- minutes. When loaf Is nearly done peel hanunaM and scrape lightly with blunt edge of knife. Cut in halves crosswise and then lengthwise. Tut around the loaf in the pan, sprinkle with lemon juice. salt and pepper and bake until a delicate, brown.
