Simmer meat In water to cover until tender. Druin and buvu broth. I'ut a layer of onions in to a well buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with flour and dot with bits of butter. Cover with a lav er of meat. Cover with minced through a coarse selve to remove seeds. Add im'jt broth to tomato pulp wilh salt and pepper and pour in ut one side of dish. Mix and sift flour, suit und baking powder. Hub in butler with a fork or tips of fingers. Cut in milk wit h a knife, lining enough milk to make a soft dough. 1'at or roll a well floured board, milk ing the dough about 46 Inch thick. Cut two gushed through the dough und cover meat with It.
