A wry lurse Jurors Fail To Agree In Flag Trial New Trials for Clyde Bloom and George No ble Made Necessary by Action. Afler sonic two hours and a half of deliberation the jury on the case of state of Oregon vs. Clyde Bloom failed to conic lo any conclusion and so Judge Hugh K. Brady of the justice court was forced to dis miss them mid postpone the trial until a new Jury Is selected. It is expected tliut the Jury will be chosen this afternoon and the cuse will be re-tried tomorrow morning or possibly this evening. Although Clyde 13 loom and George Noble are both to be pros ecuted on the charge of desecra tion of the American flag the charges have been separated and the cases will be tried separately. Bloom will face trial again next and Noble will come up before the court after the first case is dis posed of. JACK LaBINE ON TRIAL TODAY IN MUNICIPAL COURT Trial of Jack ialilne, on a charge of puessioti of liquor in his restaurant on Jefferson ave nue 1m under way today ih the nut- niclpal court. LaBinc was raided and arrested late yesterday afternoon by a squad of five officers, who say they found liquor on the premises. Judge Slater is presiding at the trial with City Attorney Cochran prosecuting and Henry Hess de fending the accused num. Four witnesses were placed on the stand this morning, all for the city.
