Thu Bides of the canyon on one Hide were covered with virgin timber mid on the other with huge pillars of rock closely resembling the pillars of oncient castles. We spent about twentv minutes there. We traveled through another ten miles through giant fir and ce dar trees some eight feet In din meter. The roads were excellent we stopped and made cump at a small uulo cump and store. As ll was only about ten o'clock we hud the rest of the day to do as we pleased. Many of the mea bought cheap fishing tackle and fished in u small stream which ran through the camp. In splto of the number of fishermen on the strain weveral brought In strings of eastern brook trout.
