, Pineapple Bavarian Cream
One pineapple, 1 cup sugar, 2
tablespoons granulated, gelatin, 1-2
cup cold water, 1 cup whipping
cream, 1 tablespoon lemon juice,
few grains salt.
Pare and grate pineapple. Save
and use the juice. Combine sug
ar juice, pineapple and lemon
juice and bring to the boiling
point. Soften gelatin in cold wat
er for ten minutes and mid to boil
ing mixture. Remove- from Hi1

Ilreshears was hostess at a party
in honor of her tenth birthday Sut-
urday. May y. The affair was in
the form of a lawn party with the
usual games and vents. Aliss
