The cereal pudding may simply Ite cereal left from brikfast serv ed in Individual molds or the rec ipe for cereal pudding suggested several weeks ago may bo used. Needless to say, the dinner of scalloped potatoes and so forth is planned to please the grown-up members of the household. linked I'ish ami Potato Loaf. Three pounds haddock, halibut jor cod, four good-sized potatoes. 'J 'teaspoons salt, 4 teaspoon pepper. 4 tablespoons butter, I egg. I tablespoon minced parsley. I Cook fish by boiling or bakinp and remove skin. I Yt e from bones and separate Into flakis. Hoil po tatoes until tender and put through a river. Season with salt, pepper and butter auddicat well. Add fish and mix thoroughly. Add egg well beaten. If the mixture is so stiff it can't be handled, mid enough milk to make workable. Shape into a loaf, springle with minced pars- I ley and brush over with melted butler. Place on a well-bultered baking sheet and bake Fi minutes in a moderate oven. Serve w it h egg sauce, ter: 9-10.
