AP) With (he organization of the new Hoard of Tax Appeals, which takes out side disputed cases, the Uureau of Internal ltevcnuc has set up a new code of regulations govo ruing pro- dure In the handling of cases be fore appeal is taken to the high1 tux court. This procedure Includes the creation of a new committee on review within the office of the So licitor of Internal itevenue, a body largely supplanting the old unoffi cial committees on appeal that functioned prior to enactment ol the lust revenue law.
