tribution," Pollock explained.

yardn was the only district where
butchers sold off the whole animal at
practically the same rate. Here tho

meat.
"Butchers are of the opinion that
if housewives undertook to prepare
tho cheaper cuts they would appeal to
the husbands palates as much as
the porterhouse and mote expensive
cuts."
