; Cut a small slice from the top of each tomato
and scoop out the pulp. Sprinkle the inside with ,
salt, turn upside down, and let stand half an hour. .
Remove the seeds, from the pulps, drain off the '
juice and make a stuffing, using the. chopped '
chicken, tomato pulp, bread crumbs, egg, cream,,
onion juice, pepper, and a teaspoon of salt. Wipe
the tomatoes dry inside and out and fill each with
the prepared stuffing. Place in a baking dish,,
pour the soup stock around them and bake in a
moderately hot oven until the tomatoes are ten-
