Cook annoum. injf, that citizens' committees will be formed eveiywheie to direct the ac tivities of the dav. and to havo charci of the funds and their distribution. All ot America's wounded and dis abled veteians of the great war will be provided for in the national cam paign, the proceeds of which are to be used for national legislation in behalf of the disabled veterans of the great war, clubhouses and summer camps employment and rehabilitation prob jfcins, relief woik and numerous other activities in the interests of the dis abled vets. Banks will act as deposi tories of funds secured from the sulei of "Forget-.Me-Nots" on November 4. , . Citizens' committees will direct the day's campaign, assisted by sub-committees of women war workers, ladies' oi ganizations and other agencies which contributed much to the com fort of the American service men dur ing the great war. In many cities nnd towns, the ladies organizations will make the paper anil cloth "Forget- Me-Nots that are to be distributed on November 4th, and in other localitie the- bed-ridden soldier patients an.
