to work at the scale in existence
when work was yuspended April 1 and
continue that scale until August 10.
Meanwhile an arbitration board is
being appointed tu negotiate a new
scale. Operators and ir.int.ts went
to the White House and received the
president's proposal alter they failed
to reach a agreement at a conference
today.
