Wall, administrator, vs. tho O-W. P. & N. Co. The date of the trial is set for Monday morning, June 12, r.t Ui'iO o'clock. The plaintiff is suing the O.-W. P. & N; Co. for $l!i,000 damages on ac count of the death of his brother, Wil liam. Wall, who was killed October 211, at llilgurd. ' According to the plaintiff, Williai.i Wall, while attempting to couple two engines ut Ililgard preliminary t) pulling a freight over the hill was crushed between the engines. The e; -gine that advanced while he was mak ing the couplings was driven by Wui ter Swurtz and was apparently ad vancing without warning to the oth er engine. This engine was fucins backwards and the result was that Wall was eaught between the buffers of the two locomotives without a chance to escape. , The uttorneys for the defendant, the O.-W. R. & N. company, are S. C. Spencer, Crawford and Eakin and W. A. Robins, while attorneys for the plaintiff are Green and Hess and S. Ivanhoe.
