Taylor and family have moved to Island City. The deep, heavy snow caused the collapse of a big cattle shed' on the Gekeler brothers farm. .Mrs. Mary Foster arrived from Ma-, ho Monday and is a guest at the A 'Jam Beck home. In spite of the inclemency of the weather a good crowd attended tho program and basket supper that was given at the school house by Mr Dora Caton and her pupils Friday night. The way the children rendered tho program und the bidding in of the baskets, which sold high according to these stringent times, caused Mrs. Caton to feel as though her effort were well rewarded.
