TIiIb new lumber plant will mean an additional pay roll for l.a Grande of 10 to 15 thousand dollars monthly when in full operation. There will be no town built at Lone Pine and men employed in the plant will very largely live In Lu Grande. Trans portation on the paved highway will be provided because It Is the holier of the new company that men are better satisfied when they live in a city close by than when they live isolated lives.
