most remarkable propulsive weapon

and practically without recoil. It is
claimed for it that a large model can
send a five-ton projectile 300 miles.

tion may not hnve the revolutionary
effect on warfare that some comment

that was used to bombard Paris in-.
dicated both the merits and the de
