Prices quoted this morning were 2 cents higher than Saturday. The mar ket is well supplied with poor quality eggs, which, of course, did noj move rapidly. " ; Butter market is also firm, espe-- cially on liigh score stock-. Offgmde butter is not wanted here, as there is practically no market for it. . The poultry market continues slug gish, with only a limited call. The pub lis is eating fruit, thus making only a limited cull for poultry. Little activity was shown -durinr the day in dressed meats. If a liberal supply hud arrived over the week-end the price would have declined. Good quality cantuloupes were lack ing on the street.
