Charboneau an' Mrs. Olive V. Bay entertained at a dinner party for their sister, Miss Vie Craw ford, June lUth, at the home of Mrs. Charboneau, 1410 Washington avenue. Shrine, decided at m secret session to estab lish a hospital in St. Inils dedicated to the crippled children of North America it has been announced. A site for the hospital has already been pur chased, at a cost df one hundred and fifty thousand dollars.
