ried to Sam Klein, also a plonker of
Wasco county.
Mrs. Lulu D. Craiulall, who went
to school In the' Dalles with Sarah
Davidson, tells of mi Incident lu tin

riage to Klein,
"All of tljo pupils were assembled
In the school room and the teacher
was calling' the morning roll," Mis.
Crndall ' explained. "When iho
name of 'Sarah Davidson' was culled
no ono answered.
"Finally a small hand shot up In
a far corner of tho room: . 'Please,
teacher, Saral got married yesterday
and won't he to school tflay,' a lit
tle girl explained. Sarah Davidson
wan only 15 years old at Iho time.
She is survived by her husband,
who is now 8il years pld, and one
son, Frank. .
