Bond Exchange Comes Soon In preparation for the exchange of fourth liberty loan coupon bonds for permanent bonds, the government has just sent out notices to all banks no tifying them that they may accept bonds for conversion. The new bonds will be sent to the banks- about Feb. 1 and the old bonds will then be. sent to the federal reserve bank.
