North Ponder liunk looses Case The case of the Farmer's State Bank of Imbler vs. the Hutchinson Forstorm Company of North Powder and Chas. E. Hutchinson and Chas. A. The case was in the nature of supplemental proceedings to the ault brought by the bank against Mrs Grace Kelscy, In which the plaintiffs were given s judgment that was not altogether satisfactory to them.
