Sinil'i, of Concordia, Kans., will come to La Grande to be come the pastor of the church here. Hev. Smith spent two Sundays here recently, with the result that on the day of his departure to return east the congregation mot and voted to extend to him a rail to this field. A wire from Mr. Smith conveying his acceptance of the call was received during tho week. It is expected that he will arrive to take up the work in this city during tho latter part of May.
