financial legislation and the legisla
tion which has enabled the President
to mobilize in support of the war, the
capital and labor of the country,

gress to enact, this war could not have
been financed, and labor and capital

ers, mothers, brothers and Bisters of
the boys at the front forget what the
President has done and is still doing
for those boys for their protection,
comfort, health and well being. They
were nut sent to the front until they
were thoroughly well-drilled and
equipped to meet the conditions of
modern warfare. They are supported
there by e-ry ounce of energy of the
President barked up by the American
peoplo. Ihef are fed and clothed bet
