Three new typewritten have been added to the high school commercial department. The Domestic Science classes are doing very good work. Plans nre be ing made for still better work in the second semester. The basket ball game between Cove nnd Haines nt the Maccabbos' Hall I Friday night was won by Cove, 5d to 120. All the blackboards in the school have been restated. Mr. Clnwnon spoke very highly of the new high school building nnd the progress of the school work. Last weok a number of the stud ents flgurod up the amount of money the high school pupils had earned during the summer nnd found the total was the sum of $4,554.(15 and that the total amount of cash on hand was over $4,000.
